Can I Stay Home During the Resurfacing Process?

No, OSHA does not allow anyone other than the technician to be present.

How Long After Your Visit Must I Wait to Use My Resurfaced Area?

All of our products require a 24-hour cure/dry time, based on our experience.

Should I Be Concerned About the Smell?

We offer a low-odor product, but certain people can be more sensitive to the smell than others. We recommend you stay out of the unit for 6 to 8 hours after the work is completed, so odors can disperse. Opening doors and windows and using fans will also speed dissipation after an apartment resurfacing.

What Products Do I Use on My New Surface?

We recommend Lysol Tub & Tile, Dow Tub & Tile, Fantastic, 409, Windex, or a bleach mixture (a small amount of water mixed with bleach) to clean the new surface.

What Products Should I Not Use on My New Surface?

Avoid abrasive, foam, or acid-based cleaning products. Some examples of these are Lime-away, Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Soft Scrub, Heavy Scouring Pads, Tile-X, and Aerosol Cleaners.
